By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service below.1. General Terms
a. I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.
b. Follow the rules provided in the Dos/Don'ts section. If you fail to do so I have the right to decline your commission.
c. Please message me in a clear and polite manner.
d. If required, please provide reference material. Please collect all reference material in one folder or album (E.g. Imgur Album, Google Drive Folder, etc.)2. Payment
a. After receiving a satisfactory initial rough sketch, the client must pay the agreed upon full price.
b. Currently I only accept payment via PayPal.
c. I only accept the payment in EURO (€).
d. After the client paid the full price for the commission, they do not have the right to demand a refund. If the commission hasn’t been paid yet, the client can cancel it at any time.
e. As the artist, I have the right to cancel and refund the money to the client at any time.3. Process and WIPs
a. As stated above I will provide a rough initial sketch to give the client a first impression of the commissioned artwork. If the sketch is satisfactory and the agreed upon price has been paid, I will proceed with my work.
b. Once the sketch has been approved, I will not make any more significant changes to the overall design.
c. I will provide the client with WIP pictures to keep them updated on the process of their commission.
d. The maximum timeframe of the commission can be 2 months depending on factors such as health issues, complexity, work complications, family issues and living condition complications.
e. For larger/complex design commissions I rely on the client’s feedback. Please provide me with neat and constructive feedback if I ask for it.4. Copyright and Usage Policy
a. Copyright isn’t transferred to the client. As the artist I hold every right to the commissioned artwork. I’m allowed to use it for self-promotion, distribution and reproduction.
b. Clients can repost the commissioned work but must credit me by name or with my personal accounts.
c. My commissions can’t be used for commercial use or sold by the client in any shape.
d. I do not claim any rights to any already existing intellectual property used for the commissioned artwork.
e. Clients aren’t allowed to mint or sell the commissioned artwork as NFTs.
f. The client is allowed to use the commissioned artwork for personal use, claim the rights to their original character(s) but not the artwork itself and use the artwork to promote themselves with proper credit to the artist.
